Step 1 - browse & get in touch
The Seychelles itself is a varied location with a wide variety of hotel accommodation and locations. On this web site we try to offer a lot of information about not only The Islands but also about all the Hotels we work with, so you can really get a feel for where you're going.
Once you've had a browse, the next step is to talk to one of our specialists who visit the Seychelles Islands regularly, making sure we really know what to recommend. Step 2 - advice & booking
Once you've got in touch, you can expect to receive a prompt reply from one of our specialists by your preferred method, be it by telephone, email, Live Chat or letter post. We'll talk to you until we're sure we've understood what you want from your holiday, and then we can discuss your plans with you and maybe suggest a few great ideas you hadn't thought of.
We show prices for each hotel or private island on our web site to serve as a guide. These prices are based on low season for flights, hotel accommodation in the lead-in rooms with all transfers and our meet and greet handling service. Prices do change on a day by day basis, especially with special offers, therefore we want you to have the best price possible when we quote.
On average it takes between one and three days to finalise your itinerary - at which point we can confirm to you a quoted cost for the holiday. It should be remembered that the price quoted to you is the price on that day and this price could change slightly due to fluctuations in costs such as flight prices and exchange rates.
Once we are all agreed and happy with the itinerary, we then re-check availability in your holiday sectors such as your international flights, hotel or island accommodation, inter-island transfers etc. We ensure all your transfers and accommodation in Seychelles are carefully co-ordinated ensuring a hassle free holiday when you arrive.
When all is confirmed we ask for a deposit of £200** per person, after which we send to you your ATOL certified confirmation invoice detailing your full holiday details and date by which your balance is due for payment. This is normally 8 weeks before departure.
** deposits can vary for certain holiday bookings such as charter cruises, fly-fishing, group bookings etc. Clients are notified before booking of any change in the deposit amount.
Step 3 - ready to go...
Your travel documents are sent to you 2 weeks before departure in your Seychelles Travel pochette. We ask you to read them through carefully to ensure that all is in accordance with your itinerary.
Approximately 5 days before your departure, your travel specialist will call you to ensure everything is in order and to wish you a very pleasant holiday in the Seychelles.
A few days after your return, your travel specialist will call you to welcome you home.
